Seven Habits of Our Members/Partners

Membership
Membership in the church is a relationship that exists between a believer and Christ following conversion. Everyone who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ becomes a “member” in the universal church of Jesus Christ.

Partnership
Partnership in the church is a relationship of commitment to the local church through the “participation” of the partners.

Seven Habits of a Partner

1. Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

2. Will practice and promote love and unity in the church.
   Ephesians 4:3, 29; Hebrews 10:24
   
   
3. Will faithfully attend Growth Group & Celebration in our church.
   Acts 5:42; Hebrews 10:25
   
   
4. Will regularly pray for our church.
   I Thessalonians 5:25; James 5:16
   
   
5. Will faithfully give to our church using the Biblical precedent of the tithe as a goal to reach or exceed as God prospers. Leviticus 27:30; Matthew 23:23
   
   
6. Will actively serve in our church’s ministries.
   I Corinthians 15:58; I Peter 4:10
   
   
7. Will support the vision, leadership, and partners of our church.
   Proverbs 29:18; Hebrews 13:17; I Thessalonians 5:11
